2 yrs. ago on May 16th we celebrated our union together and today we celebrate how much closer we are!

There are times when it's exciting and passionate-
when we steal a few moments and escape to a private world, I love our getaways
where nothing exists but the two of us.
There are times when it's comfortable and familiar, times when you know what I'm thinking before I say it.
There are times when it's silly and playful...
quiet and reflective...
understanding and forgiving...
And there are times when love is challenging, yes 9 kids later.
But even then, it's still wonderful.
That's why I hope you'll always remember how glad I am that you're part of my world...
how much I love loving you.

Clean eating!

Someone in our family is watching what they eat and everyone else thinks the food is looking quite yummy! Substituting the butter and oil for freshly squeezed lemon juice isn't a bad idea...

I came downstairs to find this balloon in the kitchen with my sweet hubby so willing to serve!

nothing covered

On a journey that consisted of a hidden scurrilous life, tucked back into a purlieu, she escaped under the cruelty of her circumstances. No longer restrained, this new found freedom allows her to grow in an effective, potent, and powerful way. Favorite Day of the week

Sunday is my favorite day of the week! This particular Sunday was so memorable for so many reasons! We captured this picture with Leah, our little angel, before taking her to receive her patriarchal blessing. I don't believe the words exist to try and explain the experience we all shared and embraced on this day so I will leave it be knowing that this day goes down as one of our most memorable in being parents! LEAH YOU ARE ONE SPECIAL DAUGHTER AND WE LOVE YOU DEARLY!

This day we also shared going with Emmie for her first Bishop's interview as she prepares to be baptized and are very grateful for the Bishop we have in this season of our lives and all the added strength, support, and love he blesses our family with.

I never stop reading this book, when I complete the last page I start over. I started color coding this book with a stop light color coding system and it speaks volumes to me even more so.
