A little Birdie

aS i FoUnd MySeLf LoAdIng Up tHe KiDdo's FoR ScHoOl I noticed little 5yr. old Emmie sad as she was trying to put her tennis shoes on. I stooped down to see what was the matter. I listened to her and then I couldn't help but notice so many birds singing in unison together. PURE JOY! I told Emmie maybe someone up above thought you needed something extra this morning and sent those birds to cheer you up with a song. She immediately gave me the biggest smile and hug and that was her state as we traveled to school and they all unloaded!

P.S. :) she granted the same wish for her sad cousin this morning and it ALSO worked!

Oh the JOYS of motherhood...truly in the small moments

I never stop reading this book, when I complete the last page I start over. I started color coding this book with a stop light color coding system and it speaks volumes to me even more so.
