1 c. whole rolled oats
1 T. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. salt
3 T. maple syrup
1 T. grated orange zest
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 ripe banana, mashed (optional)
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
1-1/4 c. milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9 inch pie plate
Combine and mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into pie plate.
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake 25 minutes.
Eat immediately so it doesn't dry out.
Add milk to each serving as needed.
