SUMMER is a great time to be creative and we SEE a lot of that going on in our home!
Dal can make a sale and that is evident in how much this boy can earn in a day by simply setting his mind to it. I will be driving out of the neighborhood and see him mowing and cleaning up neighbors lawns and feel such gratitude for his positive desire to work hard and earn!!! He paid in full his scout camp funds and continues in saving up for things he wants.

long board and this has become a sport he engages in quite often in his spare time. It's fun to watch these boys with video footage, etc. Spencer is now working 2 jobs and is learning how to divide his earnings
responsibly between tithes, savings, and play.
Give Isaac two minutes to drag many items together and create something of pure joy for hours. Boxes are worth a million to this kid!
Emmie is great at being committed to improve herself through study and reading. She inquired the need to go to COSTCO and get goodies to sell in the neighborhood and in 3 days made $60 with the help of her step sister! Way to go girls and more of this to come I'm sure!!!
Leah has a great interest in DESIGN and magnifies this in
every way. She has stated she will be known some day with her designs and I believe if she stays on this path she can accomplish this, no doubt! Here are a few of her sketches right down to the shoes!

We have created a pleasant schedule this summer one in which holds each of us accountable in home responsibilities, study, CREATIVE ADVENTURES, and family FUN!
I super loved this sailing trip with William's friend Carlos. Being in the company of these two men was a highlight of my summer. The thoughts of these two guys and their humor still has me giggling as I look at all these pictures and think of thoughts that filled our surroundings. They danced, watched movies, laughed and joked! Carlos my friend, we loved every minute of this trip and thank you for who you are and what you have accomplished in following your dream...inspiring!
