Issac's Birthday

Happy 9th Birthday Isaac!

We have a family tradition that when it's your birthday you are treated to your favorite restaurant by mom and dad! You also get to go shopping and are handed birthday money to pick out the gift of choice!

Isaac asked to bring along two friends (Porter and Cameron) this year and chose a Korean restaurant! I don't think too many kids would choose that, hence it was his friends first experience with this kind of cuisine.

As you can tell they LOVED it!

It's always a treat to hear dad speaking korean with the servers!;)

Isaac is the most kindest, obedient, selfless person I know! We love you Isaac!

Emz and the Beehives

Going from 11-12 yrs. old is kind of a BIG deal! Emz had her last G.A.D. (Girls Activity Days) Primary group last night and upon turning 12 in the next few days will switch it up and enter the Young Women's group! (12-18 yrs.).

Emz received a welcoming knock on the door last night from the Young Women's group! She was also warmly welcomed into this group with this cute lemon beehive cake from the 12 & 13 yr. old Beehive 🐝group! Awesomeness! It's great to be turning 12!

On her last night at G.A.D., I received this note from one of the other mothers,

"Hey Kelli your daughter is so sweet. She invited Gwyneth to her party. Also when we went to the church there were a lot of Emmie's friends there. And as they went in they all had their arms linked and she grabbed Gwyneth's to be part of it. It was nice to see just how thoughtful your daughter is."

Yep, that's my Emz! She really does love to make sure no one ever feels left out!

Leah took a piece of our hearts with her today as she was leaving! Very emotional to separate from her for 18 months while she is serving as a full time sister missionary at Temple Square in Utah! She is going to be wonderful! Love and miss you already Leah!!!❤️

I never stop reading this book, when I complete the last page I start over. I started color coding this book with a stop light color coding system and it speaks volumes to me even more so.
