a few of my favorite things...in the kitchen!

Duromatic 5 qt. 11" Cadillac Pressure Cooker...

You can pressure for 4 min. and have hard boiled eggs. Baked Potatoes in 7 min. Bean soups in 15 min. etc... If I could only have one item in the kitchen it would be this one. Works great to cook food even without the lid to pressure. www.sharskitchen.com features this one! You can fry chicken with no butter or oil in this cadillac bottom cooker.

Bosch Universal Plus w/blender

Did you know you can use your bosch to shred any meat with your cookie paddle attachment for a perfect shred every time! (your meat has to be hot) The blender is amazing too.

Zojirushi Induction Heating System Rice cooker & warmer. 10 cup

This is my newest addition to the kitchen and I'm pretty excited. My husband has lived in Korea and has traveled many places and he knows good authentic Asian food when he tastes it so I'm learning and this is WONDERFUL to have. It has a warmer and so I can set it to cook, leave, and come home to nice warm rice amongst other things I can make with this one.

Made with crushed diamonds...talk about never sticking! It can go from stove top to oven with the glass lids still on. Love these!

I have had a few people ask what items I have in the kitchen and so I'm sharing with everyone some of my must have items. After having these items I wonder how I ever made it in the kitchen without them!

These books are not only good in my opinion...but GREAT because they have blessed me to rise to a higher level of performance!

I never stop reading this book, when I complete the last page I start over. I started color coding this book with a stop light color coding system and it speaks volumes to me even more so.
